Welcome to Oscar’s Barbershop. By using our website, mobile application, or booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Appointments & Scheduling
- Booking: Appointments can be made online, via our mobile app, or in person. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via text, email, or in-app notification after booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or deposit loss.
- VIP Services: VIP appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
2. Payments
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments. Some barbers may also accept cash.
- Pricing is listed in-store and online, and may vary by location or service.
- All prices are subject to change without notice, but you’ll always be informed before your appointment begins.
3. Services
- Oscar’s Barbershop offers haircutting, beard grooming, hot towel shaves, scalp micro pigmentation (SMP), and related grooming services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior or health concerns.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact the location you visited within 48 hours so we can address the issue.
5. Health & Safety
- We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with state regulations.
- Clients showing symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule their appointment for the safety of staff and guests.
6. Personal Conduct
- Clients are expected to treat staff and other guests with respect.
- Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in denial of service.
7. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is protected and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
